Joe Carini is a former competitive power lifter who won New Jersey’s Strongest Man Competition six years running during the 1980’s. He has worked as a trainer for more than 25 years, and a winning workout for Tiki Barber has attracted other athletes to Carini’s House of Iron, including Tiki’s brother, Ronde Barber, Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson and Brandon Jacobs with the New York Giants.
